Typical time for business visa to Netherlands

Hi All, I applied for a business visa for netherlands on 29th July through VFS Delhi. Got the mail it has reached the embassy on 30th July. No updates after that. I was wondering what is the typical Turn around time for a business visa ? I have provided all the invitation letter, coverage letter, sponsorship docs along with my personal finance docs and payslips. My travel date is 30th Aug. Getting a little anxious after reading all the posts here

Help me decide career path. Should I stay or should I leave

I started my career in Jan 2021 as a python dev. Eventually moved from python to AI now I joined a reputed PBC as a gen ai Engineer around 6 months back. The team is fairly new and I am a good performer in the team. like I have heard good feedbacks from the manager.

The culture here is very very fast paced at times it becomes toxic. Though I am fitting in and getting around the pace so I am not feeling much of the pressure but sometimes it becomes a lot.

I started from 4.5 LPA and now I am at 26 LPA. Hopefully will get increment in June as well so would be more than 26.

Also in my CV before this company I left a company in 2 months. Now I am seeing a lot of new openings in this Gen AI era and also there is lot of hiring going on. Now considering the CV I shouldn't leave this company right now but I am not very well satisfied here as well. Am I doing well enough at 26+ LPA on 5 years or should I put more efforts and look for switch again?. Help me out what should I do?
