DUWO amsterdam housing first invoice payment issue
so i won a housing lottery through my uni and i got a room offer through DUWO. i have successfully booked a room on 17.06 and they sent me the contract on 21.06 after approving my documents. On the 21st i got an email about being able to sign the tenancy agreement from now on - in the email, they wrote „We ask you to sign the tenancy agreement within 2 weeks after booking or approving your documents.” i assumed that counting from the 21st, i will have time to pay and sign the contract until 5.07. however, on 25.06 i got an email from them titled „urgent! sign your tenancy agreement now” in which they told me that the deadline to sign it is 29.06 11AM. since im an international student, i paid the first invoice for the room on 26.06 with Transfermate, and they told me that the full processing takes around 3 working days (26th was a friday). I’m really nervous that i will lose my room, because the date 29th kinda came out of nowhere and i’m scared that the payment will not have enough time to go through. is it possible that they made a mistake and sent me some automated date in the email that is not the actual deadline in my case? do they honour the two weeks?
