Hello po. Medyo nag-ooverthink na ako regarding my TMJ. I have TMD since 2016. Around 2018 nagpaconsult ako with different dentists kasi kusa na lang naglo-locked jaw/hirap magsalita or kumain/constant headache na rin. Finally at 2019, nakahanap ng Orthodontist na naghahandle ng TMD. I went through ilang adjustment sa appliance and braces until now. However, the constant pain and the clicking remain the same. May nabasa ako recently na pang-last stage na ang power chain which nilagay last adjustment. Ano po kaya ibang remedy nito if i-remove na yung braces? Super constant headache dahil sa jaw pain and hirap mag-socialize without the pain. Parang nawawalan na ako ng pag-asa.

anyone having the same problem? I tried to login, since the other day, for the WeLearn platform. I reached out to their support and the email says to click forgot password. However, I cant proceed to that because it automatically flash "unable to sign in".
