What to do on short nap day

My 8 month old has been on a 2.5/3.5/4 schedule for the past 1.5 months and has been doing really well on it with 2.5 hours of daytime sleep. However, today he has only napped a total of one hour and 15 minutes on two naps already. Would it be better to extend the last WW to 4.5 hours to get an early 6pm bedtime (our usual is 7pm) or add a third nap. And if so, what would the WW be before and after the third nap? Thanks!

Kendamil vs Similac

I currently combo feed (90% BM and 10% formila) and my baby has taken Kendamill and Similac 360. No issues with both. I am going to stop pumping soon and will be exclusively formula feeding and dont know which to go with. I know Kendamill doesn’t contain any oils but is it really much healthier? Pricing isn’t a concern. Just want to make the best choice for my baby!

This is a long shot but does anyone know where they might sell bottles of gluhwein this time of year? My husband’s bday is coming up and I am putting together a basket of his favorite things!

My 7 month baby has been on 2 naps for a few weeks but last night was an off night and he had an early wake this morning. I wanted to add an extra nap today to not have bedtime be 5:30pm and be his usual 7:30pm. My question is when you go back to an extra nap do you just do the original wake windows from the 3 nap day? What if he isn’t sleepy by then?

My 7 month old is fully sleep trained and sleeps independently from 7pm-6:30am with one feed. Nights are going really well and naps are as well! The only thing is the past few days he has been hungry once when he wakes up from a nap and 20ish mins before the next nap time. 50% of the time he will fall asleep at the bottle and nap. Will this be a problem later on? I can’t get him to drink more any other time and offer it every hour but he just isn’t hungry until closer to nap time
