There is this folder in my AppData\Roaming directory that refuses to be interacted with or removed

C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming

Using Admin to move it or delete it asks me for permission... from myself

Command prompts have failed as well, ones with admin access too

Then I went to look at it's Properties, specifically the Security tab

Then, when going to Advanced

Then, finally, at Effective Access I have put myself (user) in to see and this is what showed up.

How to banish this cursed folder from my PC please 😭
