Garage Flooding Help!

Our garage has been flooding off and on now for 2 years. Our garage is the typical 2 car garage with 4 concrete blocks. A few times a month the garage will flood with each block having water sitting on top. The water on each block isn't coming from the same spot. The blocks have water resting on them and we have no idea why.

  1. We do not have a plumbing leak, confirmed by plumber

  2. Our side yard is level and never has any flooding after hard rain. The other sides of our house go downhill slightly.

  3. We had the water company come out too and their line isn't leaking either.

The first foundation guy we brought out suggested drainage all around the garage perimeter walls. $15k

The 2nd guy came out and basically said he was stumped on where water could be coming from. He thought doing the job above wouldn't solve our problem and said to call a plumber for ideas.

Our house was built on a rock slab that is underground, not sure how far down the slab is. Water usually runs over the slab underground and can eventually come up to the surface. None of our neighbors have our issue either.

At this point the only other idea I have is to call a ground water expert and maybe we have a spring or something under our garage. The whole situation sucks because we like to use the garage for different projects and woodworking.

If anyone has experienced something similar or has any ideas I'm all ears.
