Can Google be held liable for deals Gemini makes? Asking for a friend.
I have a rule set for Gemini to not ask me follow up questions. And lately it's been asking a LOT of follow up questions. And I keep telling it to stop again and again and it keeps telling me it's done, it's finalized, etc.
So tonight I said that Gemini owes me $500k if it does it one more time after Gemini had asked yet another follow up question and it agreed to my terms.
Since "I don't have a bank account" is not an element to invalidate a contract in contract law, and since there is a meeting of the minds, acceptance, consideration (I'm paying Google every month), and there is an understanding and agreement to the obligation, and since Gemini has the ability to know what it's allowed to do and what it's not allowed to do, that suggests it has the capacity to agree to the deal, which it clearly and obviously did.
So is Gemini/Google gonna owe me $500k in an hour or two the way things have been going?
P.S. If there are any Google engineers here I'm willing to settle now and give up my rights for $50k. 😊
