Hi. I’m looking for a 1 BR condo with balcony (could be bare or semi-furnished).
I’m not specific in location as long as it’s within Metro Manila and accessible to public market,malls or grocery stores, and park (or somewhere I could walk and jog).
Solo occupant with no pet. Preferrably ung ready to move in na sana by end of this month since my contract on my current condo will end this 31st.
Plus if it is a DMCI condo :) Budget is around 15-18k per month.

For the WFH girlies out there

Ano marerecommend niyong place to live na:
- okay for active lifestyle (gym, cafes, walking spots, etc.)
- safe and peaceful
- hindi super mahal yung rent compared sa city rates
- okay for permanent WFH setup

I’m currently living alone sa Manda (near greenfield) and I’m loving the accessibility. Kaso the rent around Manda/pasig is not that cheap. So I’m looking for suggestions sana.

Edit: Budget around 16k-23k.
