distance vs sprinters: who has better cardio? who is in better shape cardio-wise?

why is sprint workouts easier than distance workouts? i spent years and years doing distance work and distance work requires a greater time commitment. i wish i found sprinting earlier cause it would free up literally half of my training time.

so yeah do you agree that sprint workouts are easier?

are plyos meant to be done all out? say you are doing high knees, are the high knees done at a sprint-like intensity 100%?

for the 26 frontier i am wondering why after i get out of the car and close the door the light on top just above the back window stays on for like a minute 🤔

what are your must have accessories? glove box divider? step rails? key fob cover? ?
