I haven’t experienced hair loss at any point of time its just that my hair density has always been on the lower to medium side also ive had a relatively larger forehead since birth and my hair are extremely curly so they tend to clump together and dont look good which makes me insecure about my hair
Just wanted some advice

Gyno or not?
I have been feeling kind of a lump under the nipple but still not sure whether its excess fat or gland , i have significant fat in my upper body tho
