Actually, I wanted to know that whether i can directly apply to enroll for Masters Course in Public or National Unis instead of applying for research student program in MEXT? Also do we need research plan for directly applying? Can we apply for direct admission before MEXT applications? Also are the entrance exams for direct admissions online or on-site? And if i know japanese N4 should i apply for japanese-taught courses or IGP programs?Also do we need to mail professors for applying for direct admissions? If so, then before or after application? And what are the chances of getting accepted with direct admission if i aim a medium good uni for Mechanical Engineering?
