Takamine neck setting
Does this look OK? It seems the neck is set deeper to the bridge. I just noticed this and cannot unsee it. Would this affect scale and intonation?

Yamaha - high action
I purchased used Yamaha APX600 from GC online, and upon receiving and checking it, it has crazy high action. Went to a shop to get it set up, but they said there is nothing that can be done because the saddle is already low. Went to GC store to check guitars in person, but all Yamaha's had very high action. Is this something normal? I have heard Yamaha's quality control and bang for buck was unbeatable.

Black cherry beauty
