Question about car sales

I’m 22 and have worked in several sales roles over the past few years. I started in door-to-door canvassing, moved into a team lead role in contracting for about a year, and before that worked in dealership operations.
I’ve found that I can consistently close sales once I’m talking to qualified prospects, but I’m trying to improve the part that comes before the sale—finding and attracting more customers. I already use social media, run ads, and have a Google Business Profile, but I feel like I’ve hit a plateau.
For those of you who consistently perform at a high level in sales, what helped you go from having enough leads to having a predictable pipeline? What prospecting methods, networking strategies, or habits made the biggest difference for you?
I’m looking for advice on generating more opportunities and improving my customer acquisition process rather than closing techniques.
