Has anyone been reactivated after a false verbal confrontation report?

Hi everyone,
I’m feeling really lost and heartbroken right now, so I wanted to ask if anyone has been through something similar.
Three days ago, my Uber Eats account was permanently deactivated because a customer reported that I had a verbal confrontation. The problem is that I never argued with any customer, never insulted anyone, and never behaved aggressively. I truly don’t know where this report came from.
Uber has been my main source of income for years, and losing my account has been devastating. I appealed several times and explained everything honestly, but I kept receiving the same response saying the decision was final. I was never shown any evidence or given a real opportunity to defend myself.
I feel completely helpless because one report has taken away the job I worked so hard to keep. I always tried to treat every customer with respect and follow Uber’s Community Guidelines.
Has anyone experienced something like this? Were you ever able to get your account back, or is there anything else I can do?
I would really appreciate any advice or shared experiences. Thank you.
