Guys, I got my first dragon!!!!

I was logging in because I was up early and I thought let me mess with the fuse machine before the event so can time some things. Literally within the first 2 minutes of being logged in, this guy walked out!!!!

I am waiting till after the admin abuse to rebirth to make sure I have $$.

And I guess now we will be working on items to trade for more dragons.

Where to find cannelloni dragoni in game?

Soon all 4 accounts will need this to rebirth. I would like to try and get at least one through game play for the thrill and dopamine hit before seeking other avenues. How does it show up in game? Red carpet, special blocks, luck by machine etc? Just trying to see what I need to focus on.

Best place to see fireworks?

I have the night off for the first time in years. I know about Miller park and Fairview. Is ISU golf course still a thing?

Looking for a decent view and not too crowded.

Currently going to hold on to this because I am going to nap/go to bed. May see if anyone needs to index this guy?

Huge thank you to this group

Little dude has had a great weekend. He had me join the discord and would always bug me about it, but I just hated it. The vibe was not great and it was so chaotic.

He is now peaking over my shoulder when readinf reddit to check out everyone's stuff. He is now very interested in trading (yay me) and is now on board with grinding with me and I guess we will do a shared alt account on the switch lite to help with grinding.

He is currently on cloud nine and won't be going to bed anytime soon tonight. Good thing both of us can sleep in tomorrow.

It looks like (un) fortunately for me (depending how you look at) we will be playing a lot of steal the brainrot this summer.

Looking for La Esok Sekolah

My son and I are both at level 15. We have one, but will need a second one for his rebirth. Attaching photos of the best brainrots I have. This would be my first trade so no opposed to using a middle man.

I have been trying to read through to see if there are directions, but he won't stop talking to me so apologies in advance if I missed something.

2019 SV+ at a Chargepoint fast charger

Someone asked about the charging speed the last time I tried the fast charging in my town and gave me pointers on how to check. Here you go! Not the fastest, but it will get so miles on the car pretty quickly.

Electricians

I am hoping to finally upgrade my panel in my 100+ year old house to something more current as well as a few more projects down the road. I touched base with Weber and kind of got a rough estimate of what the panel.upgrade cost could be as well as a break down per hour cost.

The range estimate for the panel upgrade is $3,000 to $6,000. I am planning on the higher end because it's an old house and I would rather have wiggle room than not be able to pay the bill.

A friend recommended Heartland Electric and I am waiting to hear back from them.

Any other recommendations to check out? Is the range reasonable for a panel upgrade?

Fast charging after recall

I have a 2019 SV+ that has gotten the update already. I originally wasn't planning on fast charging, but if it's an option, I might as well learn how to use it. So I looked up fast chargers in town. Of course there is a Tesla station that I wouldn't be able to use, but the City does have a chargepoint station with CCS and Chadeemo. Perfect.

I checked plugshare and it looked like it should be up and running after some issues. So I go and find it. I wave my phone and good to go.

Unfortunately the EV shows it is charging, but it's not set up for fast charging. So no rough estimate. And Chargepoint was being weird today. Usually you can stop the charging in the app. I hit 80% and wanted to stop charging. Couldn't do it. I also couldn't just pull the plug out either. Luckily a guy was coming to see if the charger was working. So he figured out a way on the machine to stop the charging. Then came the fun part on how to get the plug to unlock. I was hitting the button on the fob, but it was unlocking the level 2 side. I ended up going to the button in the car that pops the cover up and hitting that several times. Eventually it came free.

This does not give me the warm and fuzzy risk of going to another town and getting stuck unable to charge or to stop charging. I will say, the charging was significantly louder after 20 minutes compared to the level 2 like a whirring sound.

Will I try it again? Probably because it's free and it could be handy in a pinch since I don't have a charging set up at home yet, but I am a little nervous about it. Car did not catch on fire. I went from 28% to 82% in about 25 min.

Update from hitting the raccoon and recall for 2019 Leav SV+

So Sunday I hit a raccoon on the way to work did some damage to the car and ran into issues charging at work. (I work in a very secured area so I couldn't just run out to the parking lot to fiddle with things). So I made an appointment with the dealer to have things looked over.

Overall the damage is minimal and I'll get the quotes on how much that will be to fix the light and the skid plate to fix later. The batter was charging fine on their level two charger. Perfect.

And then they found the recall and started doing it before talking to me😭

Unfortunately the update got stuck and needs to restart. They have to talk to Nissan in the morning to unlock it and try again. I know the next step would be a new battery, but those I heard may be in short supply. So as much as it would be cool to get a new battery and be stress free, I don't want to risk it either.

Thankfully I have my hybrid and that is what I will be driving for the next few days

Hit a raccoon....

So I hit a nice size raccoon on the way to work and it pushed back the light. Light still works, no quick visible cracks in the bumper. Any idea what I could expect on how much it will cost to fix it? 😬

New to me leaf, question about winter

So I live in the Midwest where we can get some cold winters. I am unable to keep my car inside. Would a trickle charge be enough to keep the battery ok, or should I plan to get a level 2 charger at home before the winter? Most of my charging will be done at work and there are free public chargers in town should I really need something more than a trickle charge on a normal day to day basis. So it really comes down to the winter useage. I ended up picking up a 2019 SV + if that makes a difference.
