Follow up post.
Since my last post got some heat I’d like to clarify some things.
This is one half of a two tank set up, I intend on buying the 135 gallon three door version and splitting them.
My gaol is to have completely sterile, plastic setups. I’ve been down the natural approach and it did not work for me.
It was not my intent to acquire this many frogs but as such has happened. They are kept extremely clean. I spot clean them daily, deep clean them every 2 days and have multiple water bowls that I change daily multiple times a day. Is it time consuming? Yes. But these frogs are healthy, no sign of infections, and eating great.
As you can see in the pictures, not only are they pristinely clean, they are shiny, they are not crawling all over each other, fighting for perches, they don’t have bites or wounds, they are not aggressive or stressed.
I understand it’s not ideal but for the mean time (until I get their second tank) I am making it work and my beautiful froggos are living happy proof of that.
I’ve added a couple plants, more are on the way. Along with a couple wooden bridges for the meantime till I get their plastic ones from Etsy.
Im still thinking about what to put towards the bottom and also how to fill it out a little more so ideas are welcomed 🤗
I hope everyone is doing great this evening🐸🫶🏼
