My best attempt at scene hair

It looks awful but it’s the thought that counts at least -_- I always call myself “spiritually scene” bcuz I listen to the music and have the accessories but not the hair. I don’t wanna overthink the look but if that’s what a lot of people say scene is, I might as well try to do the hairstyle but my hair won’t let me add more volume and I tried to do choppy layers at home but I couldn’t. I also straightened my hair as much as possible but as you can see it’s still wavy. What would you suggest? Also I blurred out my face cuz I’m not confident in myself yet.

Does this hyperpigmentation scar from an ingrown hair look like it can be fixed with topical treatments?

I (21F) got this scar from shaving my face around late March to early April and have been using many skin products such as vitamin c, niacinamide, chemical peels, and azelaic acid. Something tells me that I’ve been using too many products and that is why there is a slower lightening process and less of a difference in pictures, sorry if they’re not too good (to me it looks around the same, I have most of the pictures of it in direct sunlight than one in white light and another that’s more in the dark) (the last picture of the bunch is from early April where it was more severe)

Do you think this needs to be fixed by cosmetic dermatology or are the products I’m using are working slowly? I don’t expect a diagnosis from this as I think I know it’s post inflammatory hyperpigmentation from an ingrown hair but I just need to know what kind this is so that I get a better idea on whether I should consider a cosmetic procedure or not.
