So my brother and his girlfriend decided that they dont want me to live with them, and so they told me I had to be out within 30 days, now they are saying they are putting a protection order on me, so I have to be out within 3 days, we got in an argument but I never threatened or harmed anyone. I need help, I dont want to be a criminal but I dont want to be homeless.

I moved states and I'm starting fresh, I moved into a apartment complex with my brother and met this really cute girl(don't know her age, but she is definitely above 18) I walked my dog and introduced myself and asked her out, she said she was talking to someone and so I left it alone, my brothers girlfriend [21f] said she is just playing hard to get, she sits out and sun tans right in front of our apartment, I want to try again but I don't want to seem like a creep. What the best way to ask her again without being creepy?(like my biggest fear)
