I'm trying to understand the expected time for a SEPA withdrawal and what the value date actually means. For context I withdrew around 20k€ on the 13th, the value date was 17th because of unsettled funds from a trade, however they haven't arrived in the bank yet, nor the banks's customer support can trace them (so it's not an internal verification).

I'm finding this odd because I would assume that if the status says "Sent" and the value date is 17th the bank should have them by now. Is this a normal timeline for now?

Hey everyone,

I will need to make a couple of adjustments to a kitchen (removing a peninsula and installing an island in the same style as the rest kf the kitchen + possibly cutting a few cm of the hob hole) and I'm a bit lost on who to contact.

Most companies seem to do whole kitchens, which is an overkill for what we need. We also don't know who made the original kitchen and neither does the seller of the property.

Any recommendations of companies / individuals that can help with this type of work would be greatly appreciated! 🙏

I need to carry out yearly maintenance on a roof solar water heater. I only have roof access on a servitude basis and don't feel comfortable going up due to a tall ladder with no guardrails hatch system being in place.

If I hire a technician from a company to do it, will they manage on their own, or expect me to tag along? Can I say I don't feel comfortable with heights and the access situation and let them handle it?
