Hi i'm a streamer and i've just got a second strike on TikTok which means 2 other strike bans will result in a definitive ban

There's this guy @henry.violationexpert i saw a creator talking about he has a whole channel and i'm feeling so hopeless at this point, also I'm think about changing my tiktok agency because they aren't doing their best, i literally got banned for saying ام بويا which means chameleon in Tunisian dialect but in other cultures بويا is an insult

I think he's a scam but is there actually a way to get rid of that??
