I had a type II sulcus excised 2 months ago. Not going great. I’m gonna try a plasma-rich-platelet treatment and then once my hyaluronic acid injection wears off I’ll need thyroplasty.

I have a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. Two years ago, the evaporator blew and I spent 1.5k to fix it. It was worth it to have AC, and for the defogger to work.
The compressor apparently needs replacing now. 1.2k repair.
I trust this mechanic, he has rave reviews and everyone in the community likes him.
I’ve paid the car off and was hoping to put another 100k miles on it before getting a new one.
Is it worth the fix, or is another expensive AC part going to blow in another year or two?
