What colleges can I expect at this? Wanted allahabad but thats out of the question now.

My friend got 109 marks in Cuet pg 2026 (up, obc). I know it's probably not possible but are there any chances for IET Lucknow Mca? Are there any colleges that he can try and expect to get selected in UPTAC like JSS etc?
