Can I still be contagious

I’m not sure if I could of dodged outbreak or it’s just shaving spots.

I shaved Friday and today got a few shaving spots but could also be start of outbreak as went out at the weekend.

But no tingling just like feel friction in the area.

I do take antivirals daily for prevention I have changed my diet eating healthier, and l lysine, D3 and lemon balm topical and lemon balm tea.

Could I have dodged it? If so would I still be contagious?
Or it just could be friction and shaving spots

Thanks

Been doing some research has anyone found when they make changes to external factors this has helped?

For example.

Cotton underwear?
Organic soap / shower gels?
Washing detergent?
Shaving?

Thanks

My 2nd outbreak, been on antivirals. It has been 2 weeks since it started.

But the scab is still there just not going, only small and red and not sore.

What can I do to speed up healing process please?

I’ve tried Vaseline and sudocrem already.
Anything else you guys swear by to speed up the scab healing? And the redness ?

Anything that genuinely stopped out breaks for long period of time?

To the point you feel like you have ‘cracked’ the virus?

I don’t mean like still getting monthly rather than weekly.
