

M24 Consulted doctor today

I moved to Bangalore about 6 months ago and have been staying in a PG. Over the past few months, my stress levels have increased due to a new job (and a toxic manager—thankfully, he's leaving now).
Since starting this job, my sleep has become really bad. I used to sleep fine, but now I regularly fall asleep between 1–2 AM. I'm not sure what's causing it. I suspect it could be stress, poor sleep habits, or even nutrient deficiencies from eating mostly PG food.
I recently consulted a doctor and was given a prescription (attached).
I've decided to focus on fixing my sleep schedule, improving my diet, exercising regularly, and reducing stress.
Has anyone gone through something similar after moving cities or starting a stressful job? Any suggestions on what else I should do or look into?
