What helped put you in remission?
Those of you whose POTS in is remission or your symptoms are drastically reduced- what helped you? Obviously everyone is different but just curious on people’s experiences!

Ive only had her for a few months and have seen her do this maybe 2 or 3 times
I need to vent so I am coming to Reddit lol. I feel so defeated and fed up with this job! I’ve been in the industry since 2021 and feel like my work is not good enough these days. I have gotten more call backs in the past 6 months than i ever have before.
I have so much anxiety and want to cry every day at work because I feel constantly scared of someone making a bad social media post about me or messaging saying they hate it! I will literally be up all night replaying my day and thinking about how things couldve gone better. I dont think I am burnt out because I absolutely love doing hair, but it feels like peoples expectations are so high now. Social media and the economy seems to be making people want absolute perfection, understandably so.
I take classes to continue my education very regularly so I am always updating my skills and techniques. I feel like my consultations are always thorough too. I don’t think I am bad at hair & am happy with practically everything that leaves my chair. I just can’t help but not feel good enough when I am having multiple complaints back to back. It also doesn’t help that I work in a very large salon and most of my coworkers are your stereotypical mean girl hair stylists. I definitely feel like a loner. This whole post sounds so depressing but the second I am not working my anxiety and mood instantly gets better. Does anyone have any advice? Please be kind because this is a sensitive subject to me ❤️
I was at a festival in 90 degree weather today and started wondering “do the other people feel like crap too or is this just POTS”. Obviously POTS can be worse in the heat but does your average person not get super tired, maybe a bit lightheaded, and feel yucky? It’s hard to imagine being in the heat and not feeling like death lol
