A red bump in my nose that keeps bleeding.Is this anything to worry about? I know about piercing bumps but do they bleed and look like this?

I got my nose pierced yesterday.Its a bit far up not really what i wanted.Would I still be able to wear a hoop later on?

Got it from tractor supply.
