21F, 5’1”, 206 lbs. I’m looking for advice from people who have successfully lost weight and kept it off. I tried a GLP-1 medication for about a month, but it became too expensive. I’ve also tried different diets, but I struggle with consistency and usually end up falling off track. My goal is to find a sustainable way of eating that I can actually stick with long term. I’d love to hear what worked for you, especially if you’ve struggled with consistency too. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
