Today i had my lower wisdom tooth removed and now i yawned opening my mouth and it started bleeding a little it is too late to go to a dentist bht tomoorrow i am going in for a check up, will i be fine? Will the bleeding just stop soon(it aint bleeding much but i can taste it)?
I am pretty young and i have been strugling with depresion and social and general anxiety all my life and i fucking hate this at one point i got it under control and life was really looking up then it got even worse and since then for two years it has been only getting worse i fucking hate this i hate being sick and just barely surviving not livng all my days are spent in isolation and depresion no one even answers on this dumbass app no point in looking for atleast some support. I need to get my life together and do all these things but fuck that i have had a sever disadvantage my whole life and i wont try my hardest just to be under average and for suffer for 50 years until i die alone and in pain things will not get better and i am tired of waiting help is not coming everything will not get better my life wont do a 180 and i wont become a hero and successful and happy. I will stay this horrible isolated depresed person and my life will stay shit but i will not allow that to happen i will put a top to it i am done sufering and there really isnt any other way to stop it
I am looking into starting boxing byt i have braces and once i broke half my tooth and it was remade but it prety breakable any advice on how to proceed also i have very shit cardio how can i increase for when i eventually start boxing(oe other martial art i will see)
