What can I do better as a white woman? Also another question or two.

In the world filled with hate what can I do better as white person when it comes to black culture?

How can I as a white woman approach my significant other's family? when they refuse to meet me no matter how hard he tries to make it happen they give him excuses,[ he is mixed Btw ] .

Also what can I use that works best for curly hair I have a 1 year old that has her daddy's hair and by the end of the day with the humidity it gets outta hand 🤍🥹😂?

Hi,i need help reporting or someone to point me in the right way to get my family members dog help . They live in Sacramento but I'm in a different state the only picture I have is when they face timed me his front nails are so long his back nails are going into his padding 😭 . They refuse to let him go potty so he craps and pees all over the house , they literally only feed him candy and slim jims , when asked about dog food they tell my family he don't eat it 😭 we even ordered dog food and the dog wanted some but they refused. They also have smacked him multiple times and he yelps loud and cowards/shakes when they come near the animal rescue people were supposed to keep up with them but haven't! I just want to help this poor baby out ! * UPDATE animal control has a investigation going thank you all!
