Miami cut cc please!

This is my second ever go at a maimi cut for this sweet little boy. This time mom wanted a Mohawk instead of a mullet lol. Looking for some cc and wondering if yall see any improvement on the legs between first and second times! (His most recent groom will be the first few pics) He’s 10mo old so he’s not 100% with grooming yet but he’s doing really well and improves every time he comes in!

Additionally, what would you guys charge for something like this? I work corporate so his haircut price is $69 and I’m kinda baffled I only make $34 for so much work 😂 I know it’s not the most intense poodle cut out there. His cut takes me a couple hours since I’m unfamiliar with it. I also feel bad charging his mom extra for me learning this cut from scratch, what would yall do?

Puppy odor?

I’ve got a 5mo old Berner pup and boy does she stink 😭 I’m a dog groomer so she gets regular baths (every month) but I’m not sure how to keep her smelling at least like a dog in between 😂 she stinks something different man idk. I’m used to dirty dog smell and way over due for a bath smell but this is different. Anyone else have this experience? Any ideas on how to help? We’ve cleaned her crate, the blanket we put over her crate to keep her at ease overnight, and her regular bath schedule. I’m scared puppy cologne might just mix poorly and make it worse but she does get cologne after her baths.

I’ve also heard a dog in heat can smell bad (she’s my first female dog, my boy dog has never smelled like this) but I’ve never actually experienced that, even when grooming dogs in heat.

Will my gpu raise any red flags at tsa?

My buddy gifted me with a PC and I’m looking to fly back home with it tomorrow. I planned on checking the case and everything in my suitcase so I can pad it with clothes, and travel with the GPU in my carry-on so it’s a bit more safe since I’ve seen how they handle luggage. My main concern is that the gpu currently likely looks like a brick of…. Questionable Substance lol. It’s in a white bubble-wrap fedex bag wrapped in plastic wrap. Or would I be better off checking the gpu in my suitcase as well?

Alternatively, should I just take the gpu out so it’s easy to see going through tsa and wrapping it up after?

Or if anyone has any other suggestions I’m open to anything!

Baby rant

This poor baby has come in on me twice around 10 months apart completely pelted. The first time I wasn’t able to finish her and had to recommend them out to a vet. She’s back again for her first apt since August last year and was in the exact same condition despite trying my best to get them to come in regularly and explaining all the risks of keeping their pet in that condition and how much it can hurt them. Poor baby had her nails literally grown under the neighboring toes paw pads so she was walking on her nails for god knows how long. One of our other groomers was able to get her nails a pinch shorter, I was fooled by some fake quicks, but it wasn’t by much. Just heart breaking, she’s so sweet but in the condition she’s in she struggles a lot and gets very bitey and stressy for some things. Anyways mini rant done. After pic at the end, we hit the end of what she would tolerate after the bath and I basically couldn’t touch her unless it was for some pets or a hug.

Deshedding using a flea comb, help me settle a debate

Im not sure if this is just a nonissue, or if maybe I’m overreacting but this situation kinda irritates me a bit.

A coworker of mine insists on using a flea comb to deshed every dog he does. I’m mean he uses them on anything from a weenie dog to a great pyr. and insists everything he’s pulling out is compaction. I’ve seen him literally pulling with all his strength (arms shaking and all) on a short haired chihuahua’s legs and pulled out a few hairs and insisted it’s compaction. He goes through from slicker, curry, comb, then flea comb. I understand wanting to do a good job, but I fear he’s more just pulling out healthy hair, or if he’d do a bit more work with the other brushes those hairs would come out. It’s not the thought of the flea comb, but how much strength he’s putting in to pull out a few hairs. We’ve tried to tell him to use his other tools, but he keeps insisting he’s not doing anything wrong when some of the dogs are clearly in pain (and not just anxious or generally unreceptive to brushing).

Hoping someone here can settle the debate a bit, or let me know if it’s kind of a non-issue so it can ease my mind

Anyone else’s berner pups have weird fixations? Shasta here LOVES to roll on worms after it rains. Roll on them and then try and eat them. Forgets all of her training and recall and has to be dragged away from them. Also is inexplicably angry at her shadow, unless it’s right next to her. She’s a weird girl, my other boy had nothing like this 😂 such a perfectly behaved angel, no weird fixations, digging, rolling in dirt, etc. (though, now he rolls in dirt. I like to think he was practicing playing submissive since he hasn’t played with another dog in so long, because he didn’t start this behavior until we got her).

Anyone else’s berner like this? 😂 or have any explanation as to…. Well… why specifically worms? 😂 bonus question, were your puppies the most clumsy puppies too? Shasta here cannot stay on 4 legs for the life of her while playing and has no grace falling or getting off of things, I’m worried she’ll her herself lmao.

Wondering what other roles yall have played to learn the game. I’ve only played support since like s4 or s5 and still love the role overall, but I think I may be hitting a point where my lack of knowledge in other positions is hindering my gameplay a little bit. I know there’s plenty of videos out there about other roles, but I was wondering where yall have the most success? Or worded differently, what other roles gave you the most knowledge of the game to help you in the support role?

It wasn’t super apparent to me until I played adc and in a fairly neutral lane I was down a lot of cs. I’ve played a bit of top and enjoy it a little bit, I usually end up 3/0 in lane but also down a good bit of cs. CS is an easy thing to fix, I’m just REALLY out of practice. Also the aggressive playstyle just isn’t really a thing of my nature, I just enjoy being an annoying little menace on the rift but that’s starting to be a bit of a bottleneck too (I’m working on that already).

Maybe I’m just bad, I’ve done a good amount of research recently and have opened up a good path to improving, but I’m also looking for new avenues and approaches to get a wider perspective of what’s happening
