Not necessarily wanting to get back together but do men always come back just to text how you are? Even of they dumped you and the relationship ended really messy out of pure panic?
My ex-boyfriend broke up with me over the phone after a year and a half together. He didn't show any signs of sadness beforehand. Now, two months later, he is telling all of his friends that he is perfectly fine, that he made the right choice, and that he is just relieved it's over. I was his first proper adult relationship, and the split was incredibly messy. Does a breakup like this actually leave a lasting mark on a guy, or do dumpers genuinely just move on and forget everything this quickly?
I’m just struggling to come to terms with myself at the moment. I’m starting to doubt my self worth and think I never mattered. I had some toxic behaviour patterns but I am neurodivergent so I struggle sometimes to communicate openly properly about things I’m upset with. I sometimes wonder why I just wasn’t worth a conversation. the phone call was less than 5 minutes and I got blocked instantly. I just want to get past it but I’m constantly waking up not knowing why I wasn’t worth a proper conversation. We were together for 18months. Just feel like I’ll be easily forgotten about.
Has anyone got any tips how to get over this?
My ex dumped me 4 months ago, i was a highly toxic person, but I was his first proper adult relationship. We had a real deep intimate connection overall. We weren’t all bad we had some fun times together. i just had very bad toxic traits. I’ve been blocked for 2 months now. He said to his friends he feels a lot happier and I’m not sure how to comprehend that. We were together for a year and a half.
