My car has been leaking coolant and overheating and now it’s making this weird buzzing noise, anybody know?

At first it would flicker staticky on and off until eventually it just shut off now I can’t even connect my Bluetooth to my beat speakers yo🥲. I install and eBay Apple CarPlay module it was plug and play and that still works, I’m able to switch back forth with the CarPlay channel and my black uconnect screen. Help I can’t keep using this $100 Walmart onn speaker anymore
