Why are so many people being so obsessed with getting "rare" stuff from the oddities shop?

It's not like you would have "earned" it, you just abused the bug and spent your resources, just to have it removed again by supercell. This is not a request to ban those posts, I'm just really confused as on what the reason behind the obsession is..

Aargauer Pfyl vom Zug aus gespottet

Leider sind die Bilder dadurch nicht so gut rausgekommen, aber es war schön, ihn zu sehen! Der Steuerwagen erinnert mich dabei an den ehemaligen Jail-Train, der bis vor ein paar Jahren Gefangene nach Bassersdorf transportierte.
