hi everyone, need suggestion what to buy

lately approx for a year i played on steelseries performance speed and can tell that this pas is hard for me bcs of too much speed.. i managed to get better results with 400+ elo on cs2 on this pad and kinda i managed to play with it but my palm at the end of the game sessions is too hot and weak..

can u suggest bit slower mousepad? may be artisan series or the same steelseries balance?
