Justin Baldoni's Brand New Smear Campaign

Justin Baldoni's Brand New Smear Campaign

Justin Baldoni's PR team planted a story naming me and another creator to the Daily Mail this week, then scrubbed their own publicist's name from it by the next morning.

Same journalist who placed the hit piece attacking Blake Lively.

Same team currently being sued in three separate lawsuits for doing exactly this to others.

What does it say when the people attacking you refuse to sign their own name to it?

Andrew and Tristan Tate have asked the US court to postpone tomorrow’s bail hearing

McBride, who argued the Tate brothers are being held in 'inhuman conditions', wants to prolong their detention and postpone their bail hearing in order to form a response to the evidence from the UK and US Governments arguing against bail.

The US Govt. is opposed to and points to the Tates' own argument of "undue delay" in wanting the process sped up.

D4vd Ordered to Stand Trial in Celeste Rivas Hernandez Case

>After hearing roughly five days of testimony and closing arguments from both sides, Judge Charlaine Olmedo denied the defense’s motion to dismiss, finding prosecutors had met the relatively low burden of proof required at a preliminary hearing. “It appears to me that the People have met their burden of proof, including the special circumstances,” Olmedo said from the bench. She ordered David Anthony Burke held to answer on all charges and all three special-circumstance allegations, setting the case on course for trial.

>Burke is due back in court Aug. 31 for the arraignment. It was announced that the trial “could be” 90 days from the arraignment, but it will be set at a later date, and it’s unlikely. District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced after the ruling that his office was still unsure if they would be pursuing the death penalty.

UK Reopens Criminal Investigation into Andrew Tate, Thanks To... Andrew Tate

In 2019, after a 4 year investigation by Hertfordshire Police, the Crown Prosecution Service declined to pursue prosecution of Andrew Tate on various charges of sexual misconduct.

Tate's lawyers requested from Hertfordshire Police evidence gathered as part of that investigation, to be used in his civil litigation.

This triggered a review of the material to determine relevance and responsiveness. In reviewing the material the Detective Superintendent:

>become increasingly concerned about the quality and completeness of the police investigation and the adequacy of the information provided to the Crown Prosecution Service. She reported that, in conjunction with the Assistant Chief Constable for Crime and Public Protection, she had made a decision that there should be a reinvestigation of the allegations made by claimants AA, BB and CC.

While this reinvestigation was announced back in March, it was not known that it was Andrew Tate himself who had triggered this review, leading to the reopening of a full criminal investigation against him.
