This is my first non-hand me down car, got a solid deal after having never considered a Kia, but man it has almost everything I wanted. Love the colors, love a lot of the gadgets, but there’s a few things that I bet everyone has the same issue with. Any tips, advice to keep in mind, or accessories you recommend?
Currently looking into a 23 Kia Sportage X-Pro, I know very little about them as I have always been told that they are junk, but after some research it sounds like they have gotten a bit better in recent years, specifically with models like the Sportage. I've heard some questionable things about security, engine issues, and leaks. The only drawback I know for certain is that it has been in a minor accident according to Carfax.
This is the first time I've had to buy a car, and wanting something that will last a long time with few issues. I do have a relationship with the dealer, but they can't do much if it isn't a lemon.
Any thoughts, things to look out for, etc?
