Is it actually worth disguising coverages in 5v5 flag?

So I've been playing flag for years now and one thing I have noticed is teams don't tend to disguise coverages in 5v5 like they would in kitted football. Is it just less effective with less players? Do teams at higher levels do this and I haven't noticed?

Ideas to improve WIP Oz/Amuro deck?

I feel like I could definitely take more advantage of the red but I don't really know how. Running even 1 less pilot or low-level unit seems to be suicide and i lose every game. Its currently fairly balanced but I'm sure it could be better.

Thank you!

Important player measurements

I'm looking for help/advice from people who know more than me about what specific measurements are important across different position groups

Context is basically I'm a flag player building a player tracking databse for a European programme but I don't rlly know what measurements for players I should be looking for beyond the basic combine stuff (40 yard, vert, etc.). I've watched a lot of contact football but would by no means say I'm knowledgeable of it.

I know in draft pieces you see people talk about O and D line arm length or hand size? Is that actually super important? What other measurements track for other positions.

Thanks for any helps guys

In your opinion, what makes an elite corner/DB?

I play 5v5 women's league for reference

Recently I've transitioned out of blitz into coverage roles and to aid this I'm trying to put together a sort of personal training regimen to improve at the position, I want to be the best.

Aside from general speed training and working to increase my vertical jump, I'm not sure what other directions to go in. Any advice is appreciated! I have some issues with game IQ was well (when to instinctively bite short vs let the play develop and cover deep) but that just comes with time on the field I assume.
