My first 5k! I usually run alone so I was nervous

I got a PR. I had some stomach issues this morning and couldn't finish my breakfast 😩 so I ended up with the shakes after the race but they went away with a granola bar

Made a rookie mistake

This is only the third time I've run 7+ miles. I wanted to leave the neighborhood and without any research I picked a local trail to run. 😬 Roots, rocks, gravel and mud.. I was beating myself up on my time (I average 1230-1300 on asphalt) until I Googled how much harder trails are. Anyways, I think I'll skip the trails next time. My whole body hurts. 🥲

Crime: Most Bathed Foster

Cosmo is officially the foster I have had to bathe the most. He is a chronic carpet pooper, and loves to get poop in his floof. He needs to be held responsible!

Lost a baby to FKS
