Missing Bolt and Nut on 2019 GSXR750

Took a long ride this weekend on my 2019 GSXR750 and started to notice that the Speedometer and mirrors were “bouncing”. After pulling over at a gas station and giving the bike a once over I realized a bolt was missing. See attached pics for reference.

Any ideas on where I would get this? I tried looking at a diagram but can’t seem to figure out what the exact part number is.

A buddy of mine seems to think it’s part numbers 13 (bolt) and 14 (nut) for the cowling body (picture also attached for reference), but I’m not sure I agree..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
