Some say 8cgpa, some say 9. I heard that attendance also matters, please give everything needed

I got cse in srm ktr with a 25% scholarship, idk if it'll be applicable for 4yrs or just the 1st but, I got a 6k rank in eapcet too. Shld I go for Vnr, Cbit \*(through management) or srm. Both of them are gonna cost similar for 4yrs with a maximum difference of 3,4L. Some people are saying that vnr and all these eamcet colleges arent worth it and go for srm but, what should I do....
