Crackling sounds at semi-regular interval

I know multiple people have posted about this issue before but none of the solutions I saw helped.

So basically I am trying to record F1 25 videos with OBS, but in every video I have a crackling noise that appears in semi-regular intervals throughout the videos.

Example Video: https://youtu.be/7iysRVVnq0Y

My Audio settings are:

Sample rate: 48kHz

Channels: Stereo

Global Audio Devices: All off

Decay Rate: Fast

Peak Meter Type: Sample Peak

Monitoring Device: Default

Disable Windows audio ducking: checked

Low Latency Audio Buffering Mode: unchecked

My Audio bitrate for all Tracks are 320

Idk if it matters but my Recording settings for the Video are:

Recording Path: C: Drive (SSD)

Format: mkv

Video Encoder: NVENC H.264

Audio Encoder: FFmpeg AAC

Audio Track: 1

Rescale Output: Disabled (4k)

Encoder Settings:

Rate Control: CQP (20)

Keyframe interval: 2 s

Preset: P4

Tuning: High Quality

Multipass Mode: Two Passes

Profile: high

Look-ahead: unchecked

Adaptive Quantisation: checked

B-Frames: 4

I appreciate any help I can get, thank you for your time.

Edit: I just found out about the Log files through the moderator so here is the log file as well: https://obsproject.com/logs/SHIHONr0bl1mvBvC

Can't connect to online anymore after update today

So I wanted to play some F1 with a friend today but earlier today I had an update for the game on Steam. It was just a tiny one. But since then I get this error message whenever I start F1. Interestingly I still show up online for my friend and he can even invite me and I can see the invitation. But everytime I try to go to my messages it only gives me the option to retry connecting to the servers. When I do I get the same error again. The Error Code changes everytime but the [SFHC] bit always stays.

I tried verifying the game files, deleting the gamefolder and reinstalling, closing all EA and Steam related programs in task manager, restarting my PC, resetting Network settings, changing DNS settings, restarting my router, logging off and on in the EA App, reinstalling EA Anti-Cheat but nothing helped so far.

I am at my wits end on how to solve this issue. I strongly believe that it's not a me issue but an issue with the Update I had to download earlier today.

If anyone knows how to solve this I'd appreciate any help I can get
