the emotional numbness/blankness after makes me feel free
I have no one else to share these sort of thoughts with, so sorry if I am rambling.
I rel*psed after an incredibly overwhelming, anxious and miserable few days.
It hit me so quick, and i could feel that build up of sadness and fear finally releasing.
And once it’s done, there’s that numbness that settles in after. I feel so guilty saying it, but I missed it so badly.
it’s so so much better than having anxiety and sadness. I don’t worry about anything in those minutes/hour after. I am blank, and i am free. I am not apart of the world and I love that.
i wish I could feel that all the time. everything is so hard
