Every service visit takes forever

No matter how small the issue, it takes up my whole day and/or multiple days. Ex: Today, I’m getting the door handle replaced because it was vandalized. They have all the parts on hand. 7 hours.

I get the same story every time: Prologues are difficult to service because there are no good support documents/materials for the service department, so they have to wing it every time.

I don’t have whole days to take off like this. It’s at the point where I wouldn’t buy another Honda.

Is this an issue across the board or unique to my Honda service center?

I’ll keep this as short as I can.

Mochi delivered my medication to the wrong address — my old address — after I changed my address in their system weeks before the order.

I spotted the problem immediately in the order confirmation and told them exactly what they’d need to do to fix their error. (Per the pharmacy, they’d just need to call and change the address.) They did not follow up.

They instead gave me a huge runaround via support, telling me they would contact the pharmacy or had done so. Clearly they hadn’t, because MY MEDICATION WAS DELIVERED TO MY OLD ADDRESS AND RECEIVED BY SOMEONE I VERY MUCH DID NOT WANT TO RECEIVE IT.

After rounds of trying to escalate the issue, I told them to refund me for any medication I’d ordered but had not received, and close my account. They closed my account with no refund.

Suffice to say, regulators take patient privacy breaches and unreimbursed-paid-for-but-undelivered medications very seriously. Looking forward to righting their ship.

But for now, to anyone who values privacy and doesn’t view $270 as trivial: might want to look elsewhere.
