Furnished apartments in Seoul/cheaper options

I am looking to move to Korea later this year and am planning to stay in Seoul for 1 year. How do I look for furnished 1br apartments?

Is it better to get a relative already living there to help look for options, in hopes to get a cheaper price? Or should I move to Korea first (at a short airbnb/hotel/stay with my relatives) until I can find a place? How do foreigners typically look for longer term stays (and is there usually a foreigner tax)?

Nutrition Scores not helpful for custom logging

I've been using Bevel's AI food logging and it's been great when pulling exact macro numbers when I send a screenshot or URL of a franchises's nutrition label. However, this saves as a custom food entry and doesn't analyze the components in it to update the nutrition score. For example, Just Salad's bowl has vegetables, healthy fats, etc. but the nutrition score does not reflect this. And it seems incredibly tedious to individually add each ingredient. Any thoughts on resolving or improving this?

Spotting being a light menstrual period or anovulatory period?

I've been spotting for the past 4 days, meaning when I wipe I see red blood but not enough that I need a pad (maybe just a panty liner). I can't tell if it's a real period or if it's a withdrawal bleed.

Why I think it's a period:
- 4 days is longer than it's ever been (in the past it's been 1-2 days only)
- I get these cramps that lead to me needing to go #2. I looked it up and it's called prostaglandins
- Last week my appetite was higher than normal and currently, my appetite has shrunk

Why I think it's not a period:
- I'm not bleeding enough
- My bbt has stayed relatively the same and OPK was on the verge of peaking but I didn't catch the surge (I missed testing for a whole day after my OPK that was showing a slight increase)

I know this is already a good sign and I'm really proud of myself -- but it's also a bit confusing whether or not I should be counting these as recovery periods! Let me know your thoughts please!

symptoms of relapse?

For those that have relapsed in your recovery, did you experience any symptoms that gave you a feeling you've relapsed? I'm not sure if i've relapsed or my 2nd period is just taking longer to come

I have a gut wrenching feeling that I've relapsed though... I've been feeling my quads get really fatigued and my heart rate trending downwards, and recently, I'm always super sleepy

I'm planning to live in Korea for one year. I was wondering what the caveats are for renting from an Airbnb vs an apartment for this long term stay. Here's what I have so far:

Airbnb:
- Harder to get ARC?
- More convenient if I want to switch locations
- No deposit up front

Apartment
- Safer?
- May have to pay taxes if I transfer money to a Korean bank?
- I have an aunt who is willing to help me with this process

For context, I am going to be a US contractor, paid in USD, over 150k. I don't want to live in a shoebox apartment, I want something sustainable. Given my position, what do you recommend?

Hi how do you cue abdominal cues during footwork? Is your entire back supposed to be on the carriage? Or do you push with your glutes with a neutral spine? I keep experiencing different things I’m not sure how to cue for this series.

I'm doing a slight calorie deficit + body recomp and want to make the process more efficient so I'm thinking of upping my protein and potentially start taking creatine.

If I work out 3x/week at the gym (2 lower body days, 1 back day) and pilates 2-3x/week (for core and chest since I'm not interested in building chest muscles), is this training enough? Assuming I'm already progressive overloading.

I was told that my extra protein intake could go to waste if I'm not exercising hard enough.

Any other tips I'm missing?

Hey! I’m learning about these words as an “additive” descriptor but I’ve only heard of 까지 being used day to day. What are the different scenarios you use the other two and are they really that common in everyday language these days?
