I just adopted my families Japanese spitz. I used to live with her a while ago but she's been neglected outside of my care. She's an older lady clocking in at around 13 but she's been adjusting super well and I'm so happy to have her again. Would really appreciate any tips for diet especially!

I got out of a relationship 2 months ago and Ive been hooking up with a coworker ever since. He got out of a relationship immediately before we started hooking up ( 😬 I know). It's been fun but both of us agreed we didn't want anything more serious. He also had a crush on one of our other coworkers and made it clear he wanted to pursue them at some point I said fine but absolutely no overlap. Fast forward he did ask them out when we where still hooking up they said no. I chewed him out for crossing the boundary and he said he thought I just meant physical overlap. (Idk I was pretty clear) This was a month ago and I've still been seeing other people but he wants to get more serious. I have so much stressful shit going on and he confessed knowing this which feels like he unfairly adding stuff to my plate. I really like him and spending time with him but I feel like dating might be a bad idea with everything else..
