New setup with substrate ! How’s it look?
My baby leopard gecko is 4 months old and I just switched his 40 gal from paper towels to a 65/25/10 topsoil/playsand/excavator clay mix with plants and 4 hides (plus a new humid hide is coming in a few days). Planning to add more clutter like leaves and stuff in a few days too
When I first put him in the new setup he started licking the substrate but I read it’s just what they do to explore their environment and I haven’t seen him do it since.
