Does anyone know why you cannot buy Yeluoli/Yeloli Fairy Dream 60 cm dolls off of aliexpress anymore?

I'm pretty sure only people from Russia can order them. A few months ago all the listings (because I had favorited them, as I'd bought a few) disappeared, and then after a while, one re-appeared, i ordered a doll and the seller contacted me they couldn't sell it/ship it to me, so I had to cancel the order. Does anyone know why?
