Scared im pregnant even though im on the pill

I am on desogestrel (mini pill) and i take it every day in the morning. I have sex often with my bf, but we always use a condom or pull out too. However, I still get anxious that I might be pregnant. On the 5th May we had sex where he ejaculated inside with no protection for the first and only time, as it was our anniversary.

I don’t get any periods on the pill, and I dont get any of the physical PMS symptoms I used to get (importantly breast tenderness).

Also to note I also started Sertraline on the 4th May as I was feeling super low. I stopped this 8 days later as the side effects were too bad to function properly even though it did help my mental health.

During this week after having unprotected sex, I began to have breast tenderness - something I haven’t had for over 8 months since being on the pill. Apparently, breast tenderness is a very rare side effect of sertraline. It’s been nearly two weeks since stopping sertraline and my breasts are still tender, especially the tissue inside when I squeeze them gently.

A few days ago, I had a really sudden cramp all over my abdomen that lasted for about 2 minutes. It felt like a period cramp. I thought this was weird, I don’t get cramps on the pill.

I also have started to get a sharp pain on the left side of my pelvis during climax which goes away as soon as I settle down. I’ve thought this could be an ovarian cyst since I have PCOS/PMOS, but i’m not sure.

I know it is very unlikely that i’m pregnant, but the breast tenderness is scaring me. If I did conceive on the 5th May i’d be about 3 weeks.

Painful Lymph Node - been for an ultrasound

I have had a swollen Lymph node in my neck for around 10 years since i was around 10 after a virus. It caused me no issues until recently. Admittedly I do touch it sometimes which i know you shouldnt do as it can irritate them. But over Easter the lump in my neck got so painful, it got larger, harder, i could feel my pulse through it. The pain radiates up my jaw and to my ear. It makes my jaw feel tight. I go to an urgent treatment centre, they say I might have a virus but they can’t see any evidence that its bacterial so they cant do anything about it or give me meds. I go home with no hope. I then have an appt with a specialist who says the lump is actually my artery since he can feel my pulse on it. For weeks I was terrified with my health anxiety thinking I had a dissection or something with my carotid artery. An ultrasound a few weeks later confirmed it was a large swollen lymph node sitting right on my artery. I also have a few other lymph nodes, around 4 or 5, in other places on my neck and behind my ear (not the same ear with the pain). The tech said they look fine and they’re not a concern. I asked well why do they hurt so much, the pain is chronic, it radiates up my jaw and ear, and he told me I am going to have to learn to live with it and maybe see a GP about pain management. I got a missed call from the hospital on Friday but due to the Bank holiday weekend I havent been able to phone back. I’m a little nervous as to what they called about. I am happy the tech said it looked fine but I feel upset that it still hurts so bad and im going to have to learn to live with it. Sorry for the long post - I guess i’m just asking whether this is normal or if something has been missed as it is so painful and what I can do for pain relief besides ibuprofen (gel and tablets) and paracetamol.
