Looking to head out after work for a few, was looking any suggest for pubs that have happy hours?

So long story short - I took a loan out to buy a car which I did partially for work, partially to have one again (I'm a petrolhead) for £7000 a year ago (and also paid off a £2,000 overdraft the same time.

However despite working all the hours I could, life, cost of living and car repairs have put me at an even worse position with 2 credit cards at 1k each and 2 overdrafts (2k & 1k respectively).

I'm going back into shared accommodation soon as I can but I was looking at quick options to sort this efficiently.

Also selling the car isn't an option as whilst I'd cover the credit cards and overdraft, the loan of 6k remaining is still there and I can't then do the additional work I do on the side.

I'm debating is it an idea to top the loan up to cover the other debts so at least everything is under one banner and I then over pay on that (it's 19% APR at £268 a month if I did this, I'd be able to set £400 to go out automatically and top it up with additional income).

I earn 31k and the other work I do I think equates to around 3-4k extra over the year (tend to get £300 extra a month doing KP, bar work, etc).

Is my logic sound or is there a wiser way to do it?
