I have a Tynee ultrahub in which one of the back wheels only rolls when I give it a pushing start. If I were to just use my remote to make them move, only the left side does without assistance. Is there some troubleshooting I can do?

One of my two boy rats unexpectedly passed away this morning. I’m in search of some baby rats who I could bond them with while my one boy is still young. Does anyone have any suggestions?
